선교 단체 구조의 혁신이나 새로운 구조를 모색하기 위한 시도로 동서선교연구개발원(East-West center for Missions Research and Development)은 2015년 미국 캘리포니아 패서디나(Pasadena)에서 한국에 있는 선교 단체의 대표 혹은 그에 상응하는 지도자들을 초청하여 “선교 단체: 회고와 전망(Retrospect and Prospect of Mission Societies)”이라는 주제를 가지고 선교 지도자 서밋(Mission Leaders Summit)을 개최하였다. 2019년에는 태국 치앙마이에서 “선교 단체: 인적 자원 개발”(Mission Societies: Human Resources Development)이라는 주제를 가지고 제2차 서밋을 개최하였다. 이 서밋은 앞에 언급한 바와 같이 유전자 조작으로 생겨날 초일류나 스스로가 학습하고 개선하는 인공지능의 등장을 예견하고, 이 시대에 제4차 산업 혁명의 도래를 기대와 동시에 그 불확실성으로 인해 교회와 선교가 어떻게 변할지 가늠하지 못하는 상황에서 선교 단체들이 할 수 있는 최선의 것은 사람을 준비시켜야 한다는 생각에서 출발하였다. 

조동진 박사의 생애와 사역에 관한 평전

선교사로 부름 받은 '나의 소망'은 무엇이고 '나는 누구인가'에 대한 질문으로 고민했던 저자에게 "너는 내가 소중히 여기는 한 영혼에 얼마나 관심이 있었느냐?"고 물으신 하나님의 음성을 듣고, 저자는 배움과 섬김의 기회고 <로뎀선교사케어>를 시작했다. 사역 중 선교사들의 갈등전환을 돕는 사역을 위해 풀러신학교 박사과정에서 연구하며 '화해로의 여정' 프로그램을 개발했다. 이 책은 그 연구논문을 바탕으로 쓰인 책이다.

Migration and Mission shares the lessons, strategies, and ideas we gained throughout the 13th Convention of the Asia Missions Association. It is a compilation of articles and papers presented at the convention and includes scholarship from authors all around the world.

김 써니 목사의 「나는 일터 선교사입니다」 미국의 풀러신학교 선교학 박사과정에서 연구한 논문을 바탕으로 쓰인 책이다. 저자의  교회는 회사라는 장소에서 시작하였다. 성도들이 세상 일과 주의 일을 구별하는 잘못된 삶을 살고 있음을 깨달은 저자는 모든 성도가 각자의 삶의 자리에서 일터선교사로 살아가기를 간절히 기도하며 이 책을 집필하였다.

하나님의 형상으로 창조되어 복된 삶을 살아야 할 많은 여성들이 세상의 죄로 말미암아 깨지고 일그러진 자아상을 가지고 살아가고 있다. 복음으로 그들을 회복시켜 올바른 정체성을 가지고 살도록 돕는 것이 여성 회복 사역이다. 그것을 위해 저자는 여성들의 회복에 관한 성경적 관점, 사회과학적 관점을 서술하고, 그 이론에 기초한 그의 사역, 곧 여성 회복 세미나 사역의 특성과 사역의 결과, 그리고 지도력 이양과 정착 방법 등을 소개한다.
